Content awesome! Packaging terrible!

As always I absolutely love your cards. But when the last order arrived it looked like it had been through a war zone. Two boxes were practically destroyed and several cards were bent. It arrived in a non-padded brown envelope. And you could tell that it had been thrown all over the place. Looked like it had been dropped kicked a couple of times.

Thank you for the feedback, we are trying new shipping envelopes that are fully biodegrable. I am sorry that the new envelope did not stand up well to the postal service handling. Would you like us to replace the damaged product?

Nice cards

The artwork is cheerful and pretty. I would suggest you add more variety in the written sentiments inside the card. I've ordered other boxed "encouragement" cards from you and they are very similar in the message. There are many ways to encourage someone. Make the sentiments more warm and personal.
