Purchased at Hobby Lobby. I was so excited to start this puzzle, which quickly changed to frustration. This puzzle is not for faint at heart. The colors are extremely muted and many of the pieces are the same shape. Being so close in color, and shape, pieces can be placed in wrong area. It'll take you a while to figure that out. We have gotten down to 11 spaces open, counted 10 pieces. We have searched everywhere for a missing piece, seems common with this puzzle. We have placed 8 of the 10 pieces we have, sadly, it is clear we have misplaced some pieces and now must try figure out which ones. After three months, will retire this puzzle for now.
Loved the puzzle until I started to put it together. Multiple spsots with pieces that don't fit correctly and overlap. It's like there are two puzzles with a different fit. Very disappointed.

I placed an order and 2 days later I had not received the conformation email. I contacted them online asking them if they had received it and I never heard from them....again. I then decided to try one more time to contact them about my order to find out why I still have not received the conformation email and I finally heard from them saying they had received the order and the cards had already been shipped. I really liked the cards but their customer service could be much better.

This is a fun easy to assemble puzzle. The clarity of the graphics on each piece, is really good.
I love the cards but I was never notified by email that they had received my order. I contacted them by email 2 days after my order to see if they had received it and never heard a reply from my email. I then contacted them again 2 days after that by email to ask again and they finally replied and told me the order was received, filled, and was already in transit. They could do a better job keeping your informed but I do love the cards.
