Edit: 2 days later I received a professional, kind response, with even an offer of free replacement cards. (Which I am not looking for, being happy with what I have.) I feel confident the punctuation issue is being resolved, in alignment with the good company they are.
I bought boxed assorted sympathy in Vintage Floral. Beautiful cards! But I was very disappointed to find wrong punctuation glaring right at me from the front of three cards.
Please!
“With Prayer’s and Sympathy” - Prayer’s what? It’s showing it as a possessive noun. It should be plural as in “Prayers” without the apostrophe.
My little girls will be happy to cut them up for their art; I will not be giving them out. (I am not a nit-picky person and am usually not hard to please, but this I can’t stand. 😊) Nonetheless, I love your products! God bless you!
Thank you for the feedback, we have forwarded to the design team for review.
