Balloon Glow - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

I bought this puzzle because I liked the picture. Little did I know it would be a challenge to do. The colors blend in together, there is no pattern, pieces fit anywhere. I did finish it, it took about a week to do. I might frame it and hang it up.

Purchased at Hobby Lobby. I was so excited to start this puzzle, which quickly changed to frustration. This puzzle is not for faint at heart. The colors are extremely muted and many of the pieces are the same shape. Being so close in color, and shape, pieces can be placed in wrong area. It'll take you a while to figure that out. We have gotten down to 11 spaces open, counted 10 pieces. We have searched everywhere for a missing piece, seems common with this puzzle. We have placed 8 of the 10 pieces we have, sadly, it is clear we have misplaced some pieces and now must try figure out which ones. After three months, will retire this puzzle for now.

Extremely disappointed. Many puzzle pieces fit when they do not actually go together. You can only be sure if the picture has unique colors or patterns. Complete waste of time (and money).

We too bought this puzzle at Hobby Lobby and had missing pieces a year or two ago. At the time, I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. That one also had missing pieces so they sent another. They were really nice and went above and beyond to fix the situation and I'm glad because this is a REALLY beautiful puzzle. The lighted balloons appear to glow!

I purchased this puzzle at a Hobby Lobby store. First of all I would like to say that this is a quality puzzle as far as the pieces fitting together and is of solid construction. This particular puzzle I didn’t enjoy doing because the colors were more muted than I like, thus it became boring. It was also frustrating because it was missing 3 pieces! I called the puzzle company and the nice man with customer service offered to replace it for me or send me a different one. I opted to try another puzzle. Thank you, Crown Point Graphics!
